STOW — A 20-year-old Massachusetts man was charged today with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, Thomas Sanchez was pulled over on I-86 for speeding and while speaking to Sanchez the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from the inside of Sanchez’s vehicle. A search revealed Sanchez was in possession of 10 grams of marijuana and brass knuckles. Sanchez was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and arraigned in the Town of North Harmony Court. Sanchez is scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court on a later date to answer the charges.
