TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 38-year-old Lockport woman was charged on Sunday with driving while intoxicated after New York State Police say she was found “passed out in the driver’s seat of a vehicle in the Denny’s parking lot on South Transit Road.”
Troopers say that Sara J. Schramm was sleeing in the driver’s seat of the vehicle with the engine running. She was determined to be intoxicated and charged with DWI before being transported to the Lockport Troopers’ barracks where she refused to consent to a breath test.
Schramm was released on a traffic ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
