Robert A. Riffle of Lockport, NY, passed away on March 31, 2017. Born on January 27, 1965 in Lockport, he was the son of the late Everett Riffle and the late Mildred Niver Webber.
Rob was the brother of Shirley (Bert) Clark and the late Eugene Niver; step brother of Linda (Bob Gullett) Squires and late Edward (Carol) Webber and uncle of nieces and nephews.
