PORTVILLE — A 19-year-old Arcade woman was charged Tuesday with aggravated harassment following a complaint to New York State Police.
Troopers received the complaint about Cortney E. Egner sending threatening texts to a Portville woman. After an investigation, Egner was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, processed at SP Olean and released with an appearance ticket to Town of Portville court April.
