CLARENCE — A 39-year-old Clarence woman is facing charges after New York State Police say she struck a parked vehicle then left without reporting the crash. They found her cell phone at the scene.

According to the report, Troopers responded to Circle Court to investigate the hit-and-run. At the scene, they found a cell phone. When it rang, they spoke to Kelley Perkins, who gave Troopers her location.

A subsequent interview of Perkins at her home resulted in her arrest for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and aggravated DWI. She was processed and provided a breath sample of .19 percent blood alcohol content.

She was released with a return court date in Clarence Court.
