HARMONY — A 21-year-old Ashville man was charged Sunday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the complaint of a reckless driver on Open Meadows Road, located Aaron Rahr, and placed him under arrest after he failed multiple field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Jamestown Troopers’ barracks where he was found to have a .20 percent blood alcohol content.

Rahr was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Harmony Court and released with orders to appear in the Town of Harmony Court next month to answer the charge.
