TONAWANDA — It was a pretty typical 11th birthday party: Party hats, streamers, balloons, some singing … four bands, one of which threw dollar-store items at the party goers — a second of which had two guitar players roaming the crowd … and lots of beer.

Yes, it was a typical birthday party. If you’re All WNY Radio.

About 100 people celebrated All WNY Radio’s 11th birthday party — or anniversary party, if you prefer — at Stamps on Main Street. Digital Afterlife, Magic Honey, The Search and Find, and Exham Priory provided the entertainment for the crowd. And the crowd partied late into the night. All WNY Radio’s “ThinkSoJoe” Kent served as host and MC for the event.

During the party, it was announced that nominations are open for the 8th Annual All WNY Music Awards.

If you missed it, feel free to catch up via some photos. But know that whatever you were doing Saturday night, probably wasn’t nearly as cool.
