ELLICOTTVILLE — A 50-year-old Atlanta, Ga. man was charged Friday night with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 219.
According to New York State Police, Eamonn P. Gleeson was stopped for not signalling a left turn. While interviewing Gleeson, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated. He was taken to Ellicottville barracks for processing and found to have a .19 percent blood alcohol content.
He was issued tickets returnable to the Village of Ellicottville in April.
