BUFFALO — WGRZ anchor Scott Levin is leaving the station at the end of May to take a job with West Herr Automotive Group, the station announced today.
In a story posted at WGRZ.com, the station’s President and General Manager Jim Toellner, said, “We will greatly miss him but are genuinely pleased he is going to one of our client partners and a great WNY company.”
Levin has anchored WGRZ’s 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6 p.m., 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. for nearly 20 years. The station did not indicate who would take over in the anchor’s chair once Levin leaves.
