WEST SENECA — A 36-year-old West Seneca man was charged Friday night with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Union Road.

According to New York State Police, Aron A. Gattie was stopped for failing to signal. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and transported him to the Boston Troopers’ barracks where he provided a breath sample of .19 percent.

Gattie was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of West Seneca Court on April 14.
