FRIENDSHIP — A 26-year-old Friendship man was charged Thursday with fourth-degree mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing after a reported domestic incident.
According to New York State Police, following an investigation, Gregory A. Densmore was charged for allegedly choking another person and for preventing an emergency call to 911. Densmore was processed at the Amity Troopers’ barracks and arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court before being remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5000 cash/ $10,000 bond.
He is scheduled to reappear before the Friendship Town Court at a later date.
