CENTERVILLE — A 40-year-old Freedom man was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Thursday following a domestic incident.
According to New York State Police, Robert A. Frost was arrested for slashing a tire. He was processed at SP Fillmore and arraigned before the Town of Centerville Court where he was released and is scheduled to reappear before the court on April 13.
