To be a member of Congress you must understand you are representing the people who live in your district.  Your job is to find out what their needs are and try to gain what is beneficial for them. Instead, what you have done is to find deals for your friends and yourself.

Mr. Collins, your actions in the past have shown you are a man who would better serve his country if you resigned from Congress and worked with your fiends in other ways to make them richer, but not from government deals.

Your trip across the border when you were younger, which ended up with you being involved in a tragic situation, should have taught you to straighten out your greedy life style.

There are many people in Amherst who know what you did when you crossed the border.  So far you have been safe because of the fear people have in bring to light what happen in that country.

My request to you is that you open up your mouth and heart and have a discussion with the people in your district.  I have a strong feeling you want to lose your seat in the next election which would leave you in good standing with the element of people you are associated with.
