LEWISTON — A 40-year-old Youngstown man was charged Tuesday afternoon with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Creek Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped a motorcycle being operated by Robert Clive for failing to stop at a stop sign, failure to signal and for not wearing a helmet. While interviewing Clive, they determined him to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Niagara for processing where a breath test showed his BAC to be .16 percent.
He was arraigned in the Town of Lewiston Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of bail in the amount of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond.
