BUFFALO — Buffalo Comptroller Mark J. F. Schroeder announced today to a crowd at South Buffalo’s Historic Lodge that he wants to replace incumbent Byron Brown as mayor of Buffalo.
Explaining to his supporters that it will be an uphill battle, Schroeder, said it’s one he’s up to.
Schroeder lays out his vision in a video posted to a Facebook page created in late February:
