Louah was a school teacher at Barker Central School and a member of Our Lady of the Lake. NYS Teachers Retirement, Somerset Historical Society, Barker and Newfane Seniors, Rosary and Alter Society and Avon Study Club. She also enjoyed playing cards and traveling.
Mother of John (Nancy) McAvoy of Williamsburg, VA, Susan Kogler of Buffalo, NY and Luann (Jim) Smigelski of Lockport, NY. Grandmother of James (Jeannie) Kogler, Kathleen (Tom) Keefe, Alexandra (Robert) Fussell and Carolyn Smigelski. Great grandmother of Annika Kogler, Madeleine Fussell, Ian Kogler, Emmelene and Caroline Keefe. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on WEDNESDAY at 12 Noon in Our Lady of the Lake Parish 1726 Quaker Rd. Barker, NY. Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one’s choice.
