ALLEGANY — A 27-year-old Allegany man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on First Street.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Brendon R O’Keefe for driving with no head lights. While interviewing O’Keefe, they determined him to be intoxicated. He was then taken to the Orleans Troopers barracks for processing and found to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Allegany for March.
