STOW — A 46-year-old Ohio man was charged Friday with unlawful of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.

According to New York State Police, Dexter Jenkins was pulled over for speeding and while speaking to Jenkins, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle.  Upon searching Jenkins and the vehicle, a wrapper containing approximately four grams of marijuana and a marijuana cigarette were located and Jenkins was placed under arrest.

He was then issued a speeding ticket and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of North Harmony Court.
