MACHIAS — A 22-year-old North Tonawanda man was charged early this morning with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on State Route 242.
According to New York State Police, Christopher W. Bishop was found to be in possession of cocaine after he was stopped by patrol.
Bishop was arraigned in the Town of Machias and is to return in March.
