PENDLETON — Four people were charged following an altercation at a Campbell Boulevard bar on Friday.

According to New York State Police, Troopers charged Justin T. Kloch, 30, of Amherst, and Joseph T. Marshal, 24, of Lockport with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment; Brian R. Oconnor, 40, of Sanborn, with third-degree assault; and Nicole Marshall, 43, of Cambria with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment following a fight outside Brauer’s Restaurant.

Troopers responded to a fight in progress and found that a male and female patron were attacked by the four suspects while outside the restaurant.  The suspects were placed under arrest and transported to SP Lockport for processing.  They were arraigned in the the Town of Pendleton Court and released on their own recognizance.
