OLEAN — A 22-year-old Olean man was charged Thursday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Hastings Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Andrew N Keith for vehicle and traffic violations. Upon interview, the odor of marijuana was noticed coming from the vehicle. Keith was found to be in possession of marijuana and packets of marijuana concentrate. Keith was arrested and processed at SP Olean before being issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Olean court for later this month.
