WHEATFIELD — A collision on Lockport Road this afternoon between a car and tractor trailer has claimed a life, according to public safety officials.
The name of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.
The crash, which occurred just prior to 3 p.m., closed off the eastbound lane of Lockport Road between Nash and Ward roads. It remains closed. Officials suggest using an alternate route.
