ELMA — A 56-year-old Elma man was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Thomas G. Milholland around 11:50 p.m. and determined him to be intoxicated.
Milholland was found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content and charged before being released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Elma Court on March 14.
