HAMBURG — Twenty-three suspected illegal aliens were arrested outside a Southwestern Boulevard convenience store at approximately 6:30 p.m.
U.S. Border Patrol agents found and detained the 23 suspects at the 7-Eleven located on near Sowles Road. Border Patrol say they just happened upon the 23 suspects. It was not part of the recent illegal immigrant round-up, and it had nothing to do with the store.
The suspects have been taken to a holding facility where they will be processed and the investigation continues.
