YOUNGSTOWN — A pair of Youngstown men were arraigned in Porter Town Court today on burglary charges, accused of overnight burglaries in the village.
According to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour, Anthony J. Barto, 22, and Justin M. Clark, 20, were both charged with two counts each of second-degree burglary in the second degree, one count of third-degree burglary, and three counts of petit larceny.
They were held on $20,000 cash or $50,000 property bail and scheduled for a Feb. 14 return court date.
