Jeffrey unexpectedly passed away February 6, 2017 in North Carolina, formerly of Wheatfield, NY, beloved son of Kathleen Lehner and James Milliken and the late Donald Lehner; survived by brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 265 Falconer St., North Tonawanda, NY 14120. Memorials to Jeffrey’s mother, Kathleen Lehner, 395 N. Transit Rd., Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
