TOWN OF NIAGARA — A 43-year-old Niagara Falls woman was charged Tuesday with DWI following a traffic stop on Hyde Park Boulevard.
According to New York State Police, at approximately 8:20 pm, Katie Churakos was stopped initially stopped for speeding. Following the stop, Troopers determined her to be intoxicated and transported her to SP Niagara for processing where a breath test showed her BAC to be .12 percent.
Churakos was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Niagara Court.
