BOSTON — A 46-year-old Salamanca man was charged Thursday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 219.

According to New York State Police, Michael J. Warrior was stopped for moving from his lane unsafe and going 90 mph in a 65 mph zone. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated, which they then verified with a breath test that showed a .21 percent blood alcohol content.

Warrior was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Boston Court on Feb. 13.
