FRIENDSHIP — A 47-year-old Friendship woman was charged Monday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, as well as vehicle and traffic violations following a traffic stop on South Branch.
According to New York State Police, Tracy R. Marks was stopped for an improper turn and determined to be intoxicated. She was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .26 percent blood alcohol content.
She was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Friendship Court.
