Fifty-eight-year-old Bryan R. Milks of Delevan was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated.
According to New York State Police, the arrest came following an investigation in the Town of Yorkshire.
Milks was arraigned in the Town of Yorkshire Court and released on his own recognizance. He was given a return court date in February.
