HAMBURG — A 59-year-old Town of Boston woman was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Heinrich Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Wendy A. Duchmann for moving from her lane unsafe and driving without her headlights. They determined her to be intoxicated and transported her to SP Boston where she provided a breath sample of .12 percent.She was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Boston on Feb. 20.
