WILLING — A 36-year-old Willing man was charged on Tuesday with criminal mischief following a domestic dispute.
According to New York State Police, Adam P. Orpet broke a phone to prevent a 911 call. He was processed at SP Amity and arraigned before the Town of Willing Court. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash/$2000 bond and is scheduled to reappear before the Court on Feb. 1.
