The Canisius women’s lacrosse program’s season opening game against Northwestern this coming Monday has been moved to Lanny and Sharon Martin Stadium in Evanston, Ill. The game, which was originally set to be played at the Athletico Center in Northbrook, Ill., will keep its original opening draw time of 2 p.m. ET.
Griffs fans looking to attend are encouraged to park in the North garage of the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion for $8., with admission to the game being free.
A contingency plan remains in place for the game to be played at the Athletico Center should severe weather hit the Chicago area before Monday.
