NIAGARA FALLS — A 21-year-old Grand Island man was charged Sunday night with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on 19th Street.
According to New York State Police, Nathan Bundscho was stopped for operating an uninspected motor vehicle. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and charged him. He was taken to the Niagara Troopers’ barracks where he refused a breath test. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket to Niagara Falls Court.
