ANDOVER — A 26-year-old Andover man was charged earlier today with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 417.
According to New York State Police, Troopers were advised that an intoxicated driver was leaving the scene of a domestic dispute. Troopers located the vehicle operated by Dion A. Pezzimenti Jr. on Main Street and a traffic stop was conducted on State Route 417. Pezzimenti was determined to be intoxicated and found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
He was charged and ordered to appear in Andover Town Court on Monday.
