OSWEGO — Five Western New York-area students completed their graduate studies in fall 2016 at SUNY Oswego and were recognized in December at the college’s Commencement.

  • Caleb Winne of Woodlands in Brockport, graduated with a master of business administration degree in public accounting
  • Kyle D. Brockmann of Little Briggins Circle in Fairport, graduated with a master of business administration degree in public accounting
  • Kelli M. Vachon of South Park Avenue in Hamburg, graduated with a master of science in education degree in literacy education
  • Teresa Carosa of Langston Point in Pittsford, graduated with a master of business administration degree in management
  • Bryan J. Payne of Deer Creek Road in Portville, graduated with a master of business administration degree in management
