Father of Brandy Eaton, Wendy Prosser, the late Douglas Bullard, Jr., Michael Bullard and Joseph Bullard. Brother of Larry and Mark Bullard. Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and cousins. Loving companion of 16 years, Jean Rosenbeck; and her children, Rhonda, Renee and Opie and families.
