GERRY — A 28-year-old Buffalo man was charged today with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 60.

According to New York State Police, Michael Dilaura was pulled over for talking on a cell phone and while speaking to Dilaura, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Inside his vehicle, the Troopers located a bag containing three grams of marijuana and a pipe containing marijuana residue.

Dilaura was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Gerry Court next month.
