NIAGARA FALLS — Two Niagara Falls residents were arrested on drug and weapon charges after the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office and Niagara Falls Police Department executed a search warrant on Niagara Avenue based on a three-month investigation into narcotics sales.

Sheriff James R. Voutour and City of Niagara Falls Police Superintendent E. Bryan DalPorto say Brittany L. Renda, 24, and Keyon W. Perry, 20, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Renda and Perry were taken to Niagara Falls City Jail to be held pending court proceedings. During the execution of the search warrant, a loaded .45 caliber handgun was that had been reported stolen out of the State of Virginia in 2015 was located.  Additional charges are pending further investigation.
