CLARENCE CENTER — Four teenagers from Clarence were arrested and charged with criminal mischief, accused of damaging or destroying 17 mailboxes on Clarence Center Road.

New York State Police say the vandalism happened on Dec. 17. State Police responded and fresh footprints in the snow led the Troopers to a Beech Meadows Court home. Information was developed at the home and the investigation continued.

The teens were identified and interviewed over the past month and reportedly admitted to act.

All four were charged and released with appearance tickets for the Town of Clarence Court.
