ROCHESTER — The New York Lottery today announced a winning ticket for the Jan. 5 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at North Hot Food at 1008 Avenue D. The winning ticket is worth $21,334.50.

A second ticket, also worth $21,334.50, was sold in Middletown, Orange County.

In addition to the $21,334.50 top prize for the Jan. 5 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 206 players each purchased winning tickets worth $466 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. In total, there were 82,527 TAKE 5 winners for the January 5 drawing.

The winning numbers for the January 5 TAKE 5 drawing were 06-14-18-35-38.

The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

The winners may claim the tickets at Batavia Downs Gaming at 8315 Park Road in Batavia, NY 14020 or at Finger Lakes Gaming at 5857 Route 96 in Farmington, NY 14425 or at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide.
