Edward F. Crofts passed away on January 1, 2017 at the age of 91. Born and raised in Lockport, he has lived in Largo Florida for the past 35 years.

A decorated Veteran of WW II, he served in the infantry of the United States Army fighting on the front lines in Europe where he was captured as a prisoner of war. Once State side, he continued his education at General Motors Institute and worked at Harrison Radiator until his retirement in 1983.

He was the son of Allyn and Rachel McCarthy Crofts. His wife, Betty Kenney Crofts passed in 1985. He is survived by his children Kenney (Barbara), Jeffrey (Janet), Jerry (Linda), and Kathleen (Paul) Cammarano; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Allyn J. Crofts Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday February 25, 2017 at 10:00 AM in All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport. Inurnment in Glenwood Cemetery.
