CLARENCE — A 23-year-old Buffalo man was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree identity theft, accused of unauthorized use of a credit card.

According to New York State Police, Troopers were called to the food court of the Eastern Hills Mall over an altercation. They determined that one of the suspects in the altercation — Samuel Toliver — was also the suspect of a stolen credit card complaint from Monday. Police say Toliver was wearing some of the merchandise purchased with the stolen card and the rest was recovered as well.

Toliver was arrested, processed and released with an appearance ticket to appear in Clarence Court at a later date.
