
BATAVIA — A 30-year-old Batavia woman was charged Monday with third-degree burglary following a shoplifting complaint at Walmart.
According to New York State Police, Troopers were called to Walmart on a shoplifting complaint. Once there, they they took Rosemary Waters into custody. It was then discovered that Waters was prohibited from entering Walmart due to a prior shoplifting arrest.
She was processed, arraigned, and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
