DUNKIRK — A 35-year-old Forestville man was charged with driving while intoxicated this morning following a traffic stop on Route 20.According to New York State Police, Andrew Studely was pulled over for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Fredonia Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content.
Studley was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Sheridan Court and released. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sheridan Court next month to answer the charge.
