YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Lions Club will hold its annual Holiday Lighting Contest the evening of Friday in the Village of Youngstown and Town of Porter.
Youngstown Lions Club members will judge home decorations from the areas of Lower River Road to Porter Center Road, from Lake Road to Porter town line, and in the Village of Youngstown.
Area residents are invited to participate with three prizes offered; The first-place winner will receive a $75 gift card; second-place, a $50 gift card; and third-place, a $25 gift card.
Entries will be based on originality, creativity and being in the Christmas/ holiday spirit. Those homes that have won over the past three years are not eligible for this year’s contest. All decisions of the judges will be final.
All WNY is made possible thanks to coffee and sleep deprivation.
