GENEVA — A 55-year-old Perry man was charged Wednesday with second-degree attempted criminal sexual act and first-degree attempted disseminating indecent material to minors — both felonies.
According to New York State Police, Glen T. Tarbell was attempting to engage a 13-year-old female in sexual contact. Tarbell was taken into custody by the New York State Police prior to Tarbell having any contact with the teen.
Tarbell was arraigned in the Town of Geneva Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond bail. Further charges are pending in this investigation.
