NEW HUDSON — A 30-year-old Lancaster man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Friday following a Sept. 25 crash on Mount Monroe Road.

According to New York State Police, Mark Settlemyer consented to a blood draw for testing in the hostpital following the September crash. Test results indicated his blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

Settlemyer was processed Friday at the Amity Troopers barracks and released on tickets returnable to the Town of New Hudson court on Dec. 13.
