TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 22-year-old Lockport man was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a harassment investigation by New York State Police.

According to NYSP, Troopers were dispatched to a residence on Rapids Road for a harassment complaint. The investigation revealed Tyler Dauria had an active Town of Lockport arrest warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation and was in violation of a full stay away order of protection for being in the presence of a protected party at the residence. Dauria was placed under arrest and transported to SP Lockport for processing.
He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $500 cash/$1000 bond.
