HAMBURG — A 33-year-old Hamburg woman was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on McKinley Parkway.

According to New York State Police, Bernadine C. Draudt was stopped for driving erratically. Troopers determined her to be intoxicated and found her to be in possession of marijuana. She was subsequently charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana and taken to the Boston Troopers’ barracks where she refused a chemical test to determine her blood-alcohol content.

Draudt was processed and released to appear before the Town of Hamburg Court on Dec. 12.
